Winterpast General Terms

Every reasonable care has been taken by the seller to insure that this puppy is healthy at the time of purchase. It has been de-wormed and vaccinated as far as age will permit.

If you qualify, replacement of a puppy of equal value will be made as soon as one is available. If you choose a puppy of greater value, as a replacement, you will be expected to pay the difference in price.

Puppies, like children, are susceptible to illness such as pneumonia, and other infections caused by exposure to adverse conditions or stress, neither of which I can control when the puppy is not in my care.

Small puppies are prone to conditions such as Hypoglycemia, Worms and or Coccidiosis which are treatable and not reasons for a return. These conditions are brought on by a number of reasons such as playing too much, not eating or drinking properly, change of diet, the stress of being moved to a new home or just being handled too much by children or adults. Care of these conditions are all the BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.

No guarantee is made that you will be able to show or breed this puppy. The estimate is based on bloodline, age and size of puppy at the time of sale. No guarantee is made as to size, color, or characteristics of the puppy.

What happens if I change my mind?

1. If a puppy were to die during shipment we will offer a full refund or exchange the puppy with an equal quality puppy or your choosing.

2. If we discover a life threatening illness or life threatening defect that was not disclosed prior to purchase, we will offer a full refund or exchange the puppy with one of equal value.

3. Winterpast Kennel does not offer refunds if the airlines reschedule shipments. If a flight is delayed for several days or several weeks, it is not grounds for a refund. We work closely with the airlines to ensure your puppy gets to you as soon as possible. Weather sometimes works against us. The temperature at the airport must be above 10 degrees F. and below 85 degrees F according to regulations.

4. Winterpast Kennel does not offer refunds if a buyer changes his or her mind after paying for a puppy partially or in full. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine if he or she can afford the puppy prior to purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine if he or she wants this puppy prior to purchase.

Once payment is received (whether a deposit or full payment), the buyer enters an agreement with Winterpast Kennel to buy and take possession of the puppy. If the agreement is broken by the buyer any payments made belong to Winterpast Kennel.

Our return policy and our guarantee policy does not cover any veterinary costs for the buyer unless agreed upon by Winterpast Kennel and the buyer.
